Shift Supervisor

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver consistent customer satisfaction by executing the Manager in Charge (MIC) Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs.
• Supervise Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy at all times.
• Quickly address and resolve customer complaints to uphold excellent customer relations.
• Provide constructive feedback to the General Manager regarding Team Member performance.
• Regularly mentor and guide Team Members to improve their skills.
• Participate actively in training newcomers.
• Handle conflicts with care, collaborating with the General Manager for resolutions.
• Assist the General Manager in screening potential Team Member candidates.
• Help manage profit and loss by adhering to cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and overseeing labor costs.
• Ensure proper product preparation, portioning, cooking, and holding times are followed.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining the facility and uphold health and safety standards.

Is This You?

• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with a preference for 3 months in a shift leadership role.
• Knowledgeable about cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are crucial.
• Able to operate a cash register and provide change when necessary.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Commit to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards.
