Position Summary

The Manager of Logistics & Supply Chain - Finishing, Dispensing & Filtration leads all logistics, sourcing, and materials operations supporting these core business segments. This role is responsible for building a resilient, efficient, and safety‑driven supply chain that ensures world‑class customer delivery performance. The Manager will develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier partnerships across a network of manufacturing and distribution sites.

This position requires a hands‑on leader with deep experience in industrial systems, fluid handling, coatings, or filtration products and a proven record of optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with OTC's business growth objectives.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, materials planning, logistics, and distribution operations for Finishing, Dispensing, and Filtration product lines.
• Manage sourcing and supplier partnerships for components such as pumps, valves, resins, filters, adhesives, and precision hardware.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Optimize material flow, inventory levels, and warehouse operations while ensuring safe handling and compliance for coatings and fluid materials.
• Drive cost reduction, rebate programs, process standardization, and utilize continuous improvement principals to drive supply chain and support operational needs.
• Oversee transportation strategy and 3PL management, improving freight efficiency and on‑time delivery.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing supply chain team that drives results through collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or materials management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, finishing, dispensing, or filtration systems.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, logistics optimization, and supplier performance management.
• Strong ERP and analytics skills; ability to drive data‑based decision‑making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of improving cost, delivery, and quality performance.
• Background in engineered‑to‑order or configure‑to‑order environments.
