Location: Groveport, OH

Pay: $20.95/hour

Experience:

1. Previous warehouse experience is required.
2. 1 year of previous experience operating Cherry picker/stand-up equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (4×10 shifts)

Job Description:

1. Follow all established safety procedures when performing job duties, including lifting, carrying, and equipment operation
2. Operate PIT equipment (e.g., cherry picker, reach truck) to move products throughout the warehouse
3. Accurately pick, put away, replenish, and transport products to designated locations
4. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with company standards
6. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily operational goals
7. Support evolving business needs by assisting in different departments or taking on varied tasks as required
8. Perform frequent manual lifting of heavy or bulky items, including storing inventory overhead when needed
9. Organize and store products effectively by maximizing available space, labeling, categorizing, and racking properly
10. Manage inventory through tracking, auditing, cycle counting, and ensuring accurate labeling
11. Assist with packing and preparing overstock items for customer orders or promotions
12. Replenish inventory in picking zones by moving overstock from reserve areas
13. Coordinate with other warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock movement between storage and picking areas

Position Requirements

1. 1 year of previous experience operating Cherry picker/stand-up equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment is required.
2. Experience with RF scanning technology.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Comfortable working at heights when operating cherry pickers.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
6. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
7. Must have reliable transportation.
8. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
9. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
