Responsibilities

• Manage product strategy and roadmap for new reporting capabilities in ExamSoft
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA to identify requirements and build core capabilities
• Support engineering with clear, detailed requirements for product features and enhancements
• Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offerings
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or advanced degree in a related field such as computer science or business administration
• Understanding of the educational technology landscape including experience with LMS systems
• Experience presenting on product releases or roadmaps at industry shows and webinars
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
• Track record of managing and delivering software products that integrate with third-party platforms
