Assist Human Resources staff by preforming routine functions and assisting with the day-to-day duties of a Personnel Officer - Human Resources. Data entry, answer telephone calls, retrieve information, file and miscellaneous clerical duties. Organize files and maintains confidential records. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Currently a student pursuing an associates or bachelors degree within Human Resources, Business Management or a related field at an accredited university. Additional Requirements Skill and knowledge in using personal computer and related equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to deal with problems involving few variables in familiar context. Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole number. Sort items into categories according to established methods. Arrange items into numerical or alphabetical order. Work alone at most tasks.
