Appointment Setter - Full Time | $17.50/hr + Bonuses and Commission!

EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus is expanding-and we're looking for motivated, high-energy talent to grow with us! We're on the hunt for a Full-Time Appointment Setter in Hilliard, OH who's a strong communicator, thrives on meaningful conversations, and is driven by results and rewards.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule in-home appointments
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads
• Support telemarketing campaigns and assist with lead generation
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries confidently
• Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and boost performance

What We're Looking For:

• Clear, confident phone presence
• Cold calling experience is aMUST
• Previous customer service or telemarketing experience preferred
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to our Hilliard office
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

What We Offer:

$17.50/hour starting pay + bonuses and commission

Monday - Friday schedule + every other Saturday
