As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work and control processes. You will work with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and skills, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective, and efficient work control plan. Additionally, you will provide equipment-related expertise and technical guidance to improve preventive maintenance activities. You will also oversee the use and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at the site level.
The Google Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a vibrant, creative, and team-oriented group of engineers dedicated to building and operating powerful data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range depends on work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific salary details for your preferred location during the hiring process.
