Hiring Company:Frank Brunckhorst Co., LLCOverview:A Picker II assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Manager.Job Description:Essential Functions* Manages pick ticket orders. Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements. Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery.* Picking quota is 160 cases per hour. Accuracy and efficiency will be monitored daily/weekly.* Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.* Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.* Must keep pace with work area and team.* Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.* Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.* Must follow company's GMP's, SOP's, Rules and Policies.* Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.* Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.* Responsible for keeping work area clean.* Other duties may be assigned.Education and Experience* High School Diploma or GEDLocation:Groveport, OHTime Type:Full timeDepartment:Order Picking/Pallet Build OH 2nd Shift
