The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering operations and maintenance activities for assigned properties. This role is responsible for assisting in the management of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and energy conservation initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
