About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Executive to join our executive leadership team and lead our people strategy. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our organizational culture and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent and culture strategy.
  • Leading succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Building and aligning a high-performing HR team.
  • Working collaboratively with the CEO, senior leadership, and board to support our mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR management background, particularly in human services organizations, and a passion for driving business results through people initiatives. We seek a leader with a proven track record of:

  • Designing and implementing effective talent strategies.
  • Managing change in dynamic environments.

Qualifications include:

  • BS/BA degree in HR or related field; MBA or MA/MS preferred.
  • 8-10 years of HR management experience.
  • Expertise in leadership development and deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP.

Essential Skills:

  • Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • High emotional intelligence to foster a culture of accountability and engagement.

Travel Requirement:
Less than 10%
