About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Third-Party Administration Services in the property and casualty sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the TPA services, with a particular emphasis on expanding market presence in the London Market. This role involves driving strategic client engagement, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and developing high-performing teams. The SVP will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships within the London Market, including with Lloyds syndicates, managing agents, brokers, and company market insurers, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
Applicants must have extensive leadership experience in property and casualty insurance, claims management, and TPA operations, with a proven track record of scaling teams and business units. A deep understanding of TPA workflows, claims regulations, and customer experience best practices is essential, as is strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead high-level client discussions, contract negotiations, and performance reviews. The role requires an individual with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, who can promote a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the business unit. The SVP will also be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and the financial performance of the division, and must be adept at executing growth strategies in the U.K. and international markets.
