PRN Receptionist at The Ashford at Sturbridge

We need you at The Ashford at Sturbridge as a PRN receptionist! Come be a part of the Wallick team where we are making a difference in residents' lives.

Specifics:

  • Pay Rate: $14/hr
  • Looking for someone with flexible schedule
  • Weekday and Weekend availability 9 AM - 7 PM

About your role as a receptionist:

You will create and maintain a positive and professional impression when answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.

Your responsibilities as a receptionist on our team:

  • Greet visitors and announce their arrival
  • Maintain a clean, presentable lobby area for visitors
  • Provide general administrative support when needed
  • Sort the mail and distribute to proper person
  • Keep filing up to date
  • Take payments for resident bills and give receipts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

About you:

You have great customer service skills, and are flexible, compassionate, and dependable. Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus, but all are encouraged to apply!

You also have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in operating a computer
  • Should be organized and self-motivated
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with peers, visitors, and supervisor
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Can make routine decisions requiring little judgment
  • Can make decisions that will typically affect immediate department
