JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will support the delivery of consulting projects for our valued clients and prospects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Consultants to craft client strategies, participate in new business activities, and prepare impactful client deliverables.
  • Ensure project-related activities align with established specifications, schedules, and maintain quality assurance checks.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Pharmacy Benefit Manager contracts and lead financial analyses, collaborating with the team to develop pricing models for client proposals.
  • Analyze pharmacy reports to identify trends and benchmark results effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and products that enhance client value by deepening your understanding of pharmacy best practices and market trends.
  • Engage in conference calls and meetings as needed to discuss project work.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in consulting, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or roles such as actuarial, underwriting, pricing, account management, or consultancy within a Health & Welfare consulting firm, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, or health insurance carrier.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to create comprehensive plans for executing large, complex projects while leveraging expertise from others.
  • Commitment to delivering quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-starter attitude with the capacity to work amid ambiguity.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside busy consultants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with large data sets in Excel, Access, or similar tools is a plus.
