Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to join their esteemed leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be shaping the financial health and long-term success of our company. You will be entrusted with the oversight of all facets of our client's corporate accounting function, ensuring not only the accuracy and integrity of financial data,

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of talented accounting professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching.
• Supervise the consolidation of actual, forecast, and planned financial results for accurate reporting.
• Lead the preparation of external financial reports for the SEC and communications with investors.
• Oversee the preparation of internal financial reports for executive management.
• Conduct in-depth accounting research to ensure adherence to SEC and GAAP standards.
• Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and consolidation of financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance.
• Analyze financial trends, costs, revenues, and commitments to prepare forecasts and reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting team.
• Maintain strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and internal control frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software systems.
• Strong financial analysis skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• The ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both accounting and non-accounting audiences.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing internal controls for financial reporting.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate, develop, and guide your accounting team.
