We are looking for a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist within our Human Resources Department to hire individuals who create meaningful and lasting relationships with those who call Friendship Village home, Our Residents!

Essential Duties

• Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building:
  • Utilize various channels and platforms to source, attract, and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, industry-specific networks, and talent databases.
  • Develop and maintain multiple resources to build an applicant pool, advertises job openings
• Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for various positions within the company.
  • Ensure the proper distribution of applications to hiring managers. Assist hiring managers with the review of applications and resumes, conducting phone screens, and interviewing applicants.
• Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to candidates, keeping them informed of their status in the hiring process.
• Strategic Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interview debriefs, and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate and analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
