We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing the form and content of periodic SEC reports, including Form 10-Qs and Form 10-Ks
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements for internal reporting purposes
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues, identifying trends, monitoring variances, and applying financial principles and practices; develop recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with senior management to research, resolve and communicate findings on accounting and financial reporting related questions regarding business transactions and other non-routine matters
• Assist in the documentation related to technical accounting research and accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX controls, and all company policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Solid understanding of SOX control requirements
• Detailed oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy
