ABOUT THIS ROLE

Working in El Salvador, the Finance Operations Analyst will be working in the Strategic Accounts Department; monitoring, reconciling and providing support to our special account's agents and digital agents.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep accounts up to date; research and resolve aged items
• Ability to manage large data sets between multiple databases and systems.
• Reconcile receivable, commission, losses and costs accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service to agents via phone and email.
• Prepare Excel reports for agents and Management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/business administration/economics
• 3 years of work experience in accounting
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written. (Spanish and English)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, comparisons, creating reports, graphs)
• Technology background a plus
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Adept at working in a team environment as well as individually.
