As a Systems Support Analyst Sr, you will be part of the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) supporting various teams. Support the communication and collaboration with SCPFO personnel, customers, and cross-functional teams in the testing and support of SCPFO applications. Identify and resolve data, system, and business integrity issues while maintaining technical industry knowledge. Assist in the development of procedures, quick reference guides, and presentations to communicate system functionality, issues, and resolutions. Gather and analyze data for use in business cases and cost justifications. Provide advanced level system support and subject matter expertise while participating in process improvement initiatives.What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience. Minimum of 4 years of systems support related experience. Experience with barcoding applications and knowledge of Cognos or SQL Query writing. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business unit personnel.
