Job Description Summary:
Leads the identification, planning and development of program grant opportunities on a federal, state, and local level that support the mission and programs of NCH. Serves as an internal consultant to leaders on strategy and execution of large program awards, including complex projects across multiple NCH subsidiaries, departments, and external partners.
