As a Youth and Family Event Host, you will create safe, fun, and engaging experiences that bring families and the community together. From leading STEM Nights, Family Game Nights, and Parents Night Out to supporting Y and community events, youll play a key role in fostering youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This position combines hands-on program delivery with relationship-building, ensuring participants and families feel connected and supported through meaningful activities at the YMCA. Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions. Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational classes/practices/games, as directed by the supervisor, to accomplish the YMCA mission and goals.
