Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Clinical Development to spearhead the design and execution of innovative clinical trials across various programs. This key position will take charge as the Clinical Development Lead for multiple clinical programs, formulating strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate program-level challenges and risks. Your impactful work will ensure efficient communication of crucial information across diverse teams and contribute significantly to the design of clinical trials and protocol development aligned with our clinical development objectives.

As the Director, you will oversee medical monitoring efforts, assist in crafting regulatory documents, and lead a cross-functional development subteam. A strong foundation in clinical development, particularly in leading and executing clinical trials, is essential. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert scientific and medical guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will also possess experience in setting strategic directions for Advisory Boards, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups, and maintaining up-to-date scientific expertise in relevant therapeutic areas. This role is also about mentorship—supporting clinical scientists, medical monitors, and study clinical leads, potentially including direct oversight responsibilities.

About the Team

You will be working closely with our Global Program Head and collaborating with an experienced team focused on medical care, operations, and strategy.
