Business Development: Help drive business development initiatives in collaboration with Trust Officers, Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and external legal and tax advisors to grow revenue and assets under management for the Trusts & Estates practice. Conduct due diligence on closely held business interests to support the new business acceptance process. Fiduciary Management: Oversee the management of closely held assets where J. P. Morgan serves as a corporate fiduciary, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, policies, and J. P. Morgan standards. Implement effective risk management and mitigation for assigned assets and accounts. Asset Management: Oversee completion of regulatory and due diligence reviews of closely held assets, including business reviews, management interviews, analysis of financial and operating performance, and determining marketability and account holding recommendations.
