Join Cenovus Energy as a Senior Staff Project Development Engineer to increase the Front-End Development at all our refinery assets. In this role, you'll oversee multiple engineering companies and embedded contractors, ensuring flawless execution. We seek an individual who excels in validating business needs, determining options, and developing improved solutions to minimize capital costs and improve our competitive edge! Relocation is required to any of our US refinery locations. What youll do: Lead front-end development (FED) phases of capital projects, including scope definition, risk assessment, and contractor management. Collaborate with Procurement, EHS, Reliability, and Asset teams to ensure competitive bidding, compliance, and alignment with project goals.
