Job Summary

This position works with occasional supervision or direction to perform assigned tasks and coordinate assigned initiatives through completion. The position will maintain effective working relationships with others.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Performs assigned tasks with guidance from supervision.
• Assembles and collates issue-specific information to support studies.
• Assists in organizing and occasionally leading assigned projects.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepares and presents routine reports.
• Participates in special projects, committee assignments, and routine problem-solving efforts as requested.
• Sizes motors, overcurrent electrical devices, relaying, and other electrical devices.
• Performs design changes for electrical components and systems.
• Ensures compliance with all IEEE, NEIL, NRC, and NFPA code requirements.
• Maintains medium and low voltage systems, including maintenance and trending of component-level equipment.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical Technology, or related field) from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of related job experience required.
• Relevant industry experience (4 years or more preferred).
