The role is unique in that it blends accounting & finance and thus impacts all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to develop metrics and value-add analysis
• Partner with core accounting to dive deeper on trends
• Working closely with both operational and financial leaders
• Participate in annual budgeting & forecasting and ongoing financial analysis for the company

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, must have knowledge of cost or inventory accounting
• A base in accounting with experience in finance tasks
• Career-driven and hardworking, they are building and want folks who are passionate
• Base in public accounting is welcome!
• CPA or MBA is great but not required
• $90-110K base + bonus

*No relocation available for this role, candidates must currently reside in Central Ohio
