Facilities Engineer II – Biopharma (HVAC/GMP)

Mix Talent has partnered with a growing biopharmaceutical manufacturer to add a Facilities Engineer II to their team.

If you have hands-on HVAC and utilities experience in a GMP-regulated pharma, biotech, or medical device environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Operate & maintain HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and BAS
• Ensure all facilities/utilities stay in a validated, compliant state
• Support cleanroom operations (pressure differentials, environmental controls)
• Lead capital projects and contractor coordination
• Author SOPs and support audits

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Direct HVAC/Utilities experience in GMP pharma/biotech (required)
• Knowledge of cleanroom standards & cGMP compliance
• Strong troubleshooting skills (chillers, boilers, compressors, air handlers)

Nice-to-Haves: CMMS (Blue Mountain/Maximo), CAD, project management
