Student Success Advisor for the Mount Carmel College of Nursing
Position Purpose
The Student Success Center Advisor supports the development and implementation of the academic support program for undergraduate and graduate students. This is accomplished through one-on-one, or group-led tutoring or consultation, such as academic instruction and guidance to students, including career development counseling.
They will assist students in nursing courses to improve their success and understanding of nursing concepts both didactic and clinical.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in nursing, master's degree preferred.
- Appropriate, active, State of Ohio licensure as required by program of instruction
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience, health care and/or higher education background preferred
