The Director of BI & Data Science will lead the IT Data Science and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to develop, maintain, and evolve Safelite's BI and Data Science infrastructure and centrally managed Assets. This business facing technical leader will ensure deliverables confer actionable, data-driven enhancements to the business. The leader will manage a high-performing team of data experts, creating opportunities to enhance their skill sets and guide the team in the growth of the infrastructure needed to support many embedded analysts throughout the organization with trusted, timely, data and self-serve BI assets. The expected result is a team of trusted data experts who serve the organization as a whole to support all of their BI and Data Science needs. What you will do.
