Description:

Akkodis is seeking an Informatica Developer for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH(Remote). You will be responsible for designing complex data integrations and building workflows that support enterprise data warehousing and performance optimization.

Rate Range: $41/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Informatica Developer job responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with data architects and DBAs to implement efficient data partitioning and transformation strategies.
  • Perform source system analysis and create technical specifications and documentation for ETL processes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database triggers to support data integration.
  • Implement version control and best practices for ETL code and repository management.
  • Work with XML, Java, and HTTP transformations and integrate data from platforms like Salesforce Power Exchange.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex ETL workflows, including working with XML, Java, and HTTP transformations.
  • Proven experience in data warehousing concepts such as star schema, type-2 dimensions, and performance tuning of SQL queries.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
