Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
• 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility
• Strong background in licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
• Highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Experience overseeing preschool operations including HR, quality assurance, and facilities
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff
• Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
