What will you do as a Director of Wholesale Operations Strategy & Vendor Relationships at HOMAGE?

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to help us unlock the next chapter of wholesale at HOMAGE.

The Director of Wholesale Operations will lead the end-to-end operational strategy and execution for HOMAGE's growing wholesale business. This role will oversee third-party print and fulfillment partners, streamline internal workflows, optimize supply and capacity planning, and build scalable processes for vendor onboarding, system identification and onboarding, and client integrations. You'll act as the operational bridge between our customers, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficiency.

Vendor & Fulfillment Management

  • Lead the operational relationship with Screen Print and DTG vendors, as well as 3rd-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partners.
  • Project manage capacity planning and scheduling across print partners, identifying gaps and proactively resolving issues.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms with print and finishing vendors.
  • Maintain and refine the Strike-Off, Design Approval, and Production Review processes for wholesale orders.

Customer Onboarding & Integration

  • Own the onboarding process for new wholesale customers—both through systems (e.g., NetSuite, SPS, Orderful) and manual vendor setup.
  • Serve as the liaison between HOMAGE's planning team and wholesale customers' planning teams to gather rolling forecasts and product demand by SKU/color.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Collaborate with our internal planning function to coordinate supply requirements across multiple 3PLs.
  • Oversee SKU setup, fulfillment planning, and potential sales order flow in partnership with planning and sales.
  • Monitor and report on unit-level order routing and fulfillment, including small batch runs.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize wholesale workflows, identify risks, and drive scalable improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, including the rollout of a B2B website and operational tool enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Strategic Impact

  • Supervise a team responsible for sales order processing and reporting.
  • Contribute to wholesale P&L ownership by improving fulfillment costs, SLA adherence, and EBITDA performance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on operational scalability and customer satisfaction metrics.

What are we looking for in a Director of Wholesale Operations?

  • 8+ years in wholesale, supply chain, or operational leadership roles, preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
  • Highly proficient in systems such as NetSuite, SPS, Orderful, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Demonstrated success in process development, capacity planning, and vendor management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Columbus, Ohio required.
