The Software Quality Assurance Engineer 2:
Identifies, reproduces, and monitors defects, ensuring thorough verification of fixes.
Designs test data and procedures to guarantee our software products align with organizational standards and user needs.
Possesses a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
Recognizes how departmental and organizational strategies interconnect, guiding their work efficiency.
Independently makes decisions related to work processes, even in uncertain situations, with minimal oversight and guidance when necessary.
Adheres to established guidelines and procedures for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fewer than 5 years of relevant technical experience.
Experience in identifying, reproducing, and tracking defects, including verifying their resolution.
Demonstrated ability in developing test data and procedures that ensure software compliance with organizational standards and user requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.

To support effective remote work, associates are expected to provide internet service that meets these minimum criteria:

Employees residing and working from California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly compensation for their internet expenses.
Humana will supply the necessary telephone equipment to meet business requirements.

Salary Range
The salary range below is an honest estimate for starting base pay for full-time employment upon posting. Actual pay may vary depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications:
$73,400 - $100,100 annually
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on personal and/or company performance.
