Your Role: As a Data Engineer specializing in Analytics, you will:

• Design, model, and implement data warehousing activities that inform critical decision-making across the organization.
• Create and deploy sophisticated data models and visualizations that cater to various use cases across diverse products and domains.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to assess data requirements and transform key insights into meaningful visual representations.
• Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for all data sets within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to frameworks that enhance logging efficacy while addressing data infrastructure challenges collaboratively.
• Develop and apply security models in compliance with privacy standards, ensuring data quality and evolving governance processes.
• Tackle complex data integration challenges using optimal ETL methods and frameworks, working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize pipelines, dashboards, and systems to streamline the development of data artifacts.
• Engage with product and cross-functional teams to uncover data opportunities that amplify impact.
• Utilize analytical skills to address a wide range of problems, demonstrating good judgment in method selection and solution development.

Telecommuting: This position allows for flexible telecommuting from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields, coupled with three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in the following areas is required:

• Big data ecosystem features, design, and use-case scenarios.
• Custom ETL design and its implementation and maintenance.
• Object-oriented programming languages and schema design.
• Writing SQL statements and conducting data analysis to identify deliverables and discrepancies.
• Managing data warehouse plans for internal stakeholders.
• Experience with MapReduce, MPP systems, and Python.

Public Compensation: The salary range for this position is $220,720/year to $235,400/year, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
