The Accounting Manager for CoverMyMeds will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, implement controls, and prepare financial reports. The role involves compliance, coordination with Shared Services and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Shared Services for accounting of CMM products, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Resolve discrepancies and support operational improvements.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports.
• Support integration of acquisitions and special projects.

Critical Skills

• Adaptability in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with SAP and ERPs, analyzing complex agreements.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Team player with independence and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

This role's responsibilities may evolve with business needs. We offer a competitive compensation package based on performance, experience, and location. The pay range is $86,300 - $143,800, with additional benefits and potential bonuses. For more info on benefits, click here.
