Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily oversight and operations of Company clinics in assigned division/region. Is the liaison between administrative/support services and assigned clinics and physicians. Implements initiatives and programs to ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and company policies. Responsible for working with physicians and local leadership to ensure effective and positive physician relations, patient experience, and team member engagement. Manages physician concerns, patient complaints, and employee relations, escalating as required to administrative and support functions for assistance and effective resolution. Through local initiatives supports the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing. Works in collaboration with Sr. Regional Vice President on business development initiatives strategies including prospecting, physician recruitment and physician relations development.

Pay Range

$78,748.80 - $154,627.20

Manages physician concerns, patient complaints, and employee relations, escalating as required to administrative and support functions for assistance and effective resolution. Through local initiatives supports the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing. Works in collaboration with Sr. Regional Vice President on business development initiatives strategies including prospecting, physician recruitment and physician relations development.

Implements initiatives that effectively and efficiently support and meet clinic, division/regional, organizational, and regulatory goals and objectives through strong analytical capabilities, process improvement identification and implementation, and technology enhancements. Maintains strong understanding of operational metrics, mentors and leads team in implementing plans to support clinics in achieving best practice performance for quality patient care, as well as physician and employee engagement.

Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Certifications/Licenses

  • Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.

Previous Experience

  • 5 years management experience in a multi-site healthcare setting managing practice/clinic operations. Oncology, start up and merger and acquisition experience preferred.
  • 5 years physician relations experience including business development, prospecting and recruitment.
  • Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of physician contracts and applicable regulatory requirements at a local, state, and federal level related to practice management required.
  • Experience using EMR preferred.

  • Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work remotely effectively as required.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions, coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others to align to a common goal. Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.
  • Human Resources Management: Effectively hire, coach and support staff develop, as applicable, as well as manage resources, performance and employee relations, and supervise within established policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required. Advance Excel skills required.
Travel: 26-50%.

Candidates MUST live in Ohio, preference given to candidates in the Columbus area.

Standard Core Workdays/Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some evenings, weekends and call required.
