About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Ethics and Compliance to lead and oversee its compliance and ethics program, with a focus on privacy and information governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing effective enterprise compliance and ethics programs, as well as data privacy programs, in accordance with industry standards and relevant laws and regulations. This role involves providing strategic leadership, reporting on compliance performance, and ensuring a culture of ethics and compliance is maintained throughout the organization. The Vice President will also be a key partner in risk management, serving as a subject matter expert, and will be expected to influence and drive change at all levels of the company.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in business management leadership of compliance functions, with a preference for those with a background in managed care or healthcare services. The role requires a proven change agent with excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage compliance governance activities and inspire cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking, long-range planning, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear communications are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to formulate effective solutions for operational improvements. An advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a plus, and the role demands a high level of integrity, trust, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
