A Brief Overview

The Pricing Analyst II is tasked with managing the data & analysis to execute and communicate pricing and business strategies aimed at growing volume and total company profitability. This role involves supporting the Consumer Pricing team & our key stakeholders, serving as a liaison to deliver data, analysis, and business cases that inform strategic decisions. Additionally, this position plays a crucial role in developing the organization's pricing strategy and ensuring account profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Establishes and manages pricing targets across all job types and consumer profiles; provides industry, market, and data analytics to influence strategic and tactical adjustments in response to changes in trends across our industry & similar industries.
  • Implement and track results from price strategy changes in our pricing tools, analyzing them for successful goal achievement and recommending any adjustments to current pricing strategies.
  • Handle pricing segmentation logic updates in our pricing tools, including new items, new stores, and incorporating new/updated data within the pricing ecosystem.
  • Create and conduct ad-hoc reports and performance reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy in our pricing tools and support the Pricing team with external inquiries by compiling data and reports.
  • Act as technical expert for data & process flows within pricing tool ecosystem, partnering closely with our digital UX/CX and IT teams for flawless execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering) or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations (High proficiency).
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling or pricing techniques (High proficiency).
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel & PowerPoint (High proficiency).
  • Proficient in Tableau or similar business insights tool (High proficiency).
  • Strong sense of curiosity interested in exploring the why behind results (High proficiency).
  • Strong attention to detail Precision in data analysis and reporting accuracy (High proficiency).
