Job Title: DMOC L1 Analyst - Server Monitoring
Location: Columbus OH and Phoenix AZ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DMOC Analyst - Server Monitoring to join our dynamic IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of server, middleware, and database infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and performance. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying, diagnosing, and escalating issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor server, middleware, and database infrastructure using network monitoring and management tools
* Identify and respond to system alerts, performance anomalies, and critical incidents.
* Perform initial diagnostics and first-touch remediation, escalating issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and effective communication.
* Maintain detailed logs of incidents, actions taken, and escalation outcomes.
* Assist in the development of monitoring strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
* Follow ITIL-based incident management processes to ensure seamless IT operations.
* Contribute to process improvements and documentation for better operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring (Azure, AWS, Middleware, Database/SQL) and IT Operations Critical Response Coordination.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools
