The Opportunity
Description

  • Reviews weekly time records to ensure employee's time is accurately recorded, complete and with proper job/phase
  • Assists in monitoring site personnel for timely reporting, attendance, and ensure all employees' administrative requirements are properly filed
  • Maintains office supply inventories; Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Assists in the completion and submission of daily and weekly reports
  • Conducts and/or schedule Onsite orientations
  • Conducts schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for managers or supervisors
  • Records, reports and drawings associated with installation progress, quality control and testing
  • Assists Project Managers with submittals, RFI's, change orders, and scheduling
  • Oversees punch lists, completion lists, closeout, commissioning documents and BIM Box / Data Vault file updates
  • Participates in site coordination/review meetings from preconstruction throughout project completion; Prepare and update meeting minutes as required
  • Handles onsite/offsite material and tool inventory; rental and inventory of VI equipment; materials and equipment delivery and logs
  • Analyzes bulletins, ASI's, RFI's and other project documents
  • Assists preparation, assembly, submission and logging of change documentation
  • Drafts contract administration correspondence

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum1 year of experienceworking with or overseeingmechanical contractors in commercial construction
  • Experience with construction documentation and field operations coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
