Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Tech Business Analyst Prin to join their team. As a Tech Business Analyst Prin, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Apply your expertise in energy industry billing processes and B2B exchanges to analyze production issues and guide project scope.
- Craft detailed user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops to gather requirements and document business capabilities.
- Conduct thorough analysis, including use case modeling and process mapping, to understand stakeholder needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for applications, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from planning to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and basic knowledge of SQL query development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated success in remote team working models.
- Potential to convert; candidates should indicate willingness to convert on their resume.
