Senior Director, Quality Assurance

Location: Ohio (Multi-Site Oversight: Columbus and Groveport)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the chargein building a strong, unified quality culture across multiple sites.
• Be the voice of quality by managing relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Drive continuous improvementin our Quality Management System, with a sharp focus on CAPA and FDA compliance.
• Mentor and empowera high-performing QA team, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionallywith Operations, R&D, and senior leadership to ensure quality is rooted in everything we do.
• Track, report, and act on KPIs that matter.
• Stay readyand ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and corporate standards.
• Take traininginitiatives that keep our teams sharp and compliant.

What We Need from You:

• A Bachelor's degreein life science or related field (Master's is a plus!)
• 10+ yearsin a regulated industry (pharma, cosmetics, biologics, etc.), ideally in contract manufacturing
• 5+ yearsof leadership experience (you know how to build and lead strong teams)
• Deep knowledge ofFDA regulations,GMP, andquality systems
• Strong communication skills (you can talk shop with scientists and simplify for execs)
• A calm, confident presence on the job
