In this role, you'll be the frontline expert supporting the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our innovative hardware and software solutions-both onsiteand remotely. If you enjoy working directly with clients, tackling technical challenges, and being part of a collaborative, agile team building next-gen systems, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities Include- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at customer sites or remotely- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and system configurations- Partner with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements- Train customers on system usage and best practices- Document service activities, resolutions, and technical insights for internal knowledge sharing- Provide responsive on-call support and ensure timely resolution of service requests- Champion customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented support- Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and service process improvements**There will be 2 rotating shifts on-site. 7am-3pm and 2pm-11pm.**Must Have- Associate's degree or certification in electronics, electromechanical engineering, mechatronics- 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or installation- 2+ years of experiences with modern sensors, motion systems, control hardware/software, and robotic arms- Experience with troubleshooting PLC programs, electromechanical systems.- 2+ years of customer interfacing experience (co-ops or internships valid)- Experience using hand & power tools, diagnosing equipment, and working independently or on-site with clientsPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.Competitive salaryEquity optionsHigh-impact role in a rapidly growing companyCollaborative, supportive team cultureCareer growth opportunities as the company scalesWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Aug 12, 2025.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
