Responsibilities

• Leading field teams on high-profile, ground-up electrical installations.
• Managing daily operations, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
• Driving schedule execution while ensuring top-tier quality and code compliance.
• Reporting progress and maintaining documentation for seamless communication.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction as a Superintendent.
• Ground-up project expertise in Data Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Cold Storage, Food Processing, and Distribution Centers.
• Proficiency in NEC, local codes, OSHA standards, and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, plus the adaptability to lead at diverse sites nationwide.
• The ability to travel extensively and temporarily reside at the project site for extended periods of time, with travel home provided.
