Job Details

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing coverage on all processes within the warehouse. This will include shipping, receiving, inspection and technical inspection functions in all departments. Responsibilities Shipping and Receiving Complete and maintain daily forklift inspections and records Load/unload freight and FedEx/ UPS packages while recording information into warehouse systems. Unpack, count and verify auto parts and other products to ensure quantities and part numbers match supplier pack lists Receive auto parts and general purchase items into SAP Load/unload prototype vehicle models (interior/exterior, quarter scale, clay models) including strapping/unstrapping vehicles from trucks Some driving of vehicles is required when transporting vehicles or parts to other buildings on campus Inspection Ability to use calipers, digital gauges, Dyno light and other measurement tools.
