The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping how the organization approaches pricing for its services and will contribute directly to financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage pricing strategies for service-based offerings
Analyze the financial impact of pricing decisions and provide actionable insights
Lead the annual pricing and rate-setting process
Build reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel
Present pricing recommendations to leadership and explain the rationale behind them
Work with internal teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals
Navigate internal processes to gain approval for pricing changes
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pricing, preferably in a service-based organization
Strong analytical skills and experience with hourly or project-based pricing models
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way
Strategic mindset with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
