Job Title: Azure Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Experience: 8+

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and support our Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, a solid understanding of networking and security, and a strong background in automation and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure-based solutions.
• Monitor and manage Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and databases.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies in Azure.
• Configure identity and access management using Azure Active Directory and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and optimize performance across services.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure needs.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and security in cloud environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
