The Department of Public Safety is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Analyst (Benefits Administrator) supporting the Division of Fire. This position will focus on employee benefits administration and is critical in ensuring the effective delivery, communication, and coordination of benefit programs for uniformed and civilian Fire personnel. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on benefits-related matters, supporting Division employees and leadership in navigating health, retirement, and leave programs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, employee pensions, deferred compensation and leave programs (FMLA/ PFL, STD).
