Job Details

Prepare and/or review financial statements and SEC filings (e.g. N-CSR, N-CEN and 24 F-2,N-1 A etc.)Assist with audits and provide support as necessary. Prepare quarterly Client/ Board reports. Respond proactively to internal and external client inquiries. Conduct training sessions to increase industry knowledge. Assist in fund year-end tax reporting. Work on special projects, other regulatory filings and ad hoc requests as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area or equivalent work experience 3-5 years accounting or reporting experience in the registered investment company or financial services industry. Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of investment types, mutual funds, ET - Fs, and financial markets. Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
