We are looking for a Materials Handler to join our collaborative team at Memorial Health!
What You'll Do:
Monitor supply par levels in consuming departments' supply areas; download data from hand-held computer to personal computer; deliver picked supplies; shelve department supplies; maintain order of departmental supply areas; monitor expiration dates on supplies in Materials.
Assist Store Handler to pull orders from stockroom for delivery to supply area; assist with receiving; delivers special order items; file documents pertaining to purchasing process and hazardous materials. Substitute for other positions in the department as needed. Assist other Materials staff as time permits.

Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.
Attend all mandatory education and in-services (i.e., team training, safety, infection control, etc.); completes mandatory health requirements.
Perform within the prescribed limits of the hospital's and department's Ethics and Compliance program and take responsibility of detecting, observing, and reporting compliance variances to immediate supervisor, or upward through the chain of command, the Compliance Officer, or the hospital hotline.
Requirements
Completion of high school education; demonstrable ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds.
Shift 1st - M-F (8a-4:30p) - subject to change based on business needs. Some travel required due to inventories located at the surgery center.
