Job Details

The Associate Director-Operations is responsible for managing the performance of multiple manufacturing facilities including safety, quality, environmental, production, conversion costs and compliance with divisional and other corporate policies and procedures. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and manages Plant Managers for multiple sites based on common products, technologies, and geography. Plans and coordinates the work of plant management staff. Oversees staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives. Identify, attract, hire, and train staff. Identifies key talent within the organization and creates development plans for future growth opportunities. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Provides training and mentoring as needed.
